Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Executive with an engineering background to translate management directives into on-ground results across multiple project sites in Sabah. You will own tasks, drive improvements, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion.

Fresh graduates are encouraged, with willingness to travel regularly to East Coast sites, and fluency in English, Malay, or Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil or Manufacturing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate management directives into actionable, on-time site tasks.
• Break down directives and coordinate with site teams and departments.
• Own assigned tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
• Identify improvements across equipment, systems, and processes.
• Follow up with contractors to ensure progress and reporting.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Develop and update SOPs and standard work documentation.
• Support digitalisation and system improvement initiatives.
