Responsibilities

• Review, process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Manage POs via Zoho for staff requisitions, store operational needs and new outlet equipment.
• Coordinate stock orders (SO) with outlet managers and track delivery timelines.
• Liaise with internal departments and warehouse teams to resolve pending operational actions.
• Monitor day-to-day operations of assigned Direct Shops and ensure SOP adherence.
• Track inventory usage and report trends.
• Maintain and update product listings for seamless delivery platform integration.
• Manage refund disputes on delivery platforms.
• Plan, schedule and monitor weekly delivery promotions across all platforms.
