Job summary

Haleon invites an intern to partner the Operations team in tracking performance and driving continuous improvements. You will work with Value Stream Leads and frontline supervisors to identify opportunities and implement efficient processes.

Ideal candidates study Science or Engineering, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset for process improvement. This role offers exposure to real-world manufacturing and packing operations in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Science or Engineering with one year remaining before graduation.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft programs.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
• Proactive attitude to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Track and report daily OEE and operations performance across workstations.
• Coordinate observations and report findings for continuous improvement.
• Maintain live OEE and improvement wall reflecting current performance and targets.
• Support Operations Reward & Recognition by maintaining operator performance tracker.
• Revise GxP documentation in operations (SOPs, WI, OJT forms).
• Present internship progress and learnings to the operations team at programme end.
