• We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Operations Intern to join our team.


• Within this role, you'll be supporting various operational tasks, particularly in managing investor queries and assisting in compliance and risk-related work.


• Generate weekly and periodic reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.


• Design, implement, and document a folder management framework to improve file organization and retrieval across the business team.


• Bonus points if you have a working knowledge of SEO practices, experience project managing in Notion, or familiarity with a CMS tool.


• Build and organize business processes, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows within the department.


• Participate actively in team meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations.


• Prepare insightful reports and documentation based on thorough analysis.


• Fulfill regular and ad-hoc duties.
