Job summary

UQPAY SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate cross-functional projects, manage external partners, and turn business data into practical insights within a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will work across teams to ensure timely delivery, onboarding of partners, and ongoing coordination, with emphasis on data analysis and market intelligence to support strategic decisions.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to coordinate cross-functional projects, manage external partners, resolve operational issues and turn business data into practical insights. What You'll Be Doing:

A. Cross-Functional Coordination: Keep requirements, timelines, progress updates and open issues accurate and aligned across teams.

B. Partner & Service Provider Management: Act as the main operational contact for external providers and partners, supporting onboarding, integration and ongoing coordination.

C. Operational Issue Resolution: Identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions and follow through until operational issues are fully resolved.

D. Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track industry developments and competitor activity, turning findings into practical input for business planning.

E. Data Analysis & Management Reporting: Analyse operational data, prepare reports and present clear findings to support management decisions.

Must-Have

Native or near-native fluency in English.

Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination or a related field.

Experience coordinating projects across teams, including requirements alignment, timeline management and progress tracking.

Strong analytical judgement with the ability to break down issues and drive them through to resolution.

Self-directed, reliable and able to manage tasks independently in a fast-moving environment.

Good-to-Have

Comfortable reading technical or API documentation and understanding data fields, process flows and basic system logic.

Exposure to vendor onboarding, system integration or partner operations
