Job summary

ZARA is seeking an Operations Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support stock, layout, and daily store operations. You will help keep shelves stocked, process deliveries, and ensure efficient behind-the-scenes processes.

You should have at least 1 year in retail fashion, a diploma or SPM, and be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The role offers a base salary with commissions and medical coverage.

Responsibilities

• Stock and Inventory: Receive and process new deliveries, unpack and organize stock, replenish shop floor items, assist with stock counts.
• Provide support when receiving and replenishing products, roll out products from store to stockroom, manage overstock and stockroom organization, use tools to locate and display products.
• Familiarity with RFID operating system and in-store merchandising processes.

An Operations Assistant at ZARA focuses on the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the store running smoothly. The role supports sales by making sure stock, layout, and daily operations are efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Stock and Inventory

• Receive and process new deliveries
• Unpack, label, and organize stock in the stockroom
• Replenish items on the shop floor quickly and accurately
• Help with stock counts and inventory check

2. Providing support when receiving and replenishing products

• Receives and rolls out products at the store when required.
• Constantly replenishes products from store to stockroom.
• Carries out any other merchandise management processes (packing overstock, changes in the organisation of the stockroom, etc.).
• Uses tools that are available to ensure the products are located and displayed in the store.
• Is familiar with and uses the RFID operating system.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
