Job summary

ENJJ Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install hydraulic systems on rail track machinery. The role ensures safe and efficient operation in accordance with railway standards and company guidelines.

You will perform testing, calibration, and interpretation of hydraulic schematics, while supporting field operations and keeping detailed maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of hydraulic systems on rail track machinery
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
• Troubleshoot leaks, pressure loss and system malfunctions
• Perform hydraulic system testing, calibration and performance checks
• Support preventive maintenance and mechanical repair of machinery components

Position Summary

The Hydraulic Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of hydraulic systems used in mechanical equipment and rail track machinery. The role ensures all hydraulic systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and railway standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hydraulic Systems Maintenance
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and hoses
• Identify and rectify hydraulic leaks, pressure loss, and system malfunction issues
• Perform hydraulic system testing, calibration, and performance checks
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
• Mechanical Support
• Assist in mechanical repair and servicing of machinery components
• Dismantle and reassemble hydraulic-driven mechanical systems
• Replace worn parts such as seals, bearings, fittings, and couplings
• Support preventive maintenance activities for mechanical equipmentRail Track Machinery Support
• Maintain hydraulic systems on rail track machinery (tampers, ballast regulators, rail grinders, etc.)
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems in rail equipment
• Support field operations and breakdown recovery work
• Ensure machinery is safe and operational before deployment General Duties
• Follow all safety procedures and railway operational standards
• Maintain accurate service reports, job cards, and maintenance records
• Ensure tools and hydraulic equipment are properly maintained
• Support workshop and site operations as required
