Job summary

Nawawi Tie Leung Property Consultants Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily building facilities management and ensure all systems run efficiently in a high‑standard environment in Kuala Lumpur.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, and generators, plus CMMS and BMS familiarity. You will lead maintenance teams and coordinate with contractors, driving safety and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, BMS operation, and CMMS.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Occupational health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of building facilities.
• Ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, generators) operate efficiently.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors.
• Coordinate with external contractors and monitor SLA compliance.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
• Conduct routine building inspections.
• Respond to tenant complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain maintenance records, asset registers, and prepare operational reports.
• Monitor expenses and assist in annual maintenance budgets.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate repairs.
