Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily building operations and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, and generators perform efficiently.

You will plan maintenance programs, supervise technicians and contractors, monitor safety compliance, inspect sites, and prepare operational reports while coordinating with tenants and external partners to sustain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of MEP systems, BMS operation, and CMMS
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Occupational health and safety knowledge

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of building facilities
