Safeguards Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven security operations leader with strong sales and business development focus. The role oversees daily security operations, manpower deployment, and client servicing while driving growth through new business opportunities.

You will manage client relationships, ensure service quality, and mentor operational teams to meet company objectives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security operations and proven success in sales,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security operations or a related industry.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, manpower management, and client servicing.
• Willing to travel for site inspections, client meetings, and business development activities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
• Monitor operational costs, manpower requirements, and contract profitability.
• Prepare operational and sales performance reports for management.
• Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve company objectives.
