Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an officer/manager to oversee our security guards and ensure their daily transport to workplaces runs smoothly. You will step in during holidays to maintain uninterrupted operations and latently monitor shifts.

You will handle emergencies, respond to client concerns, and prioritize candidates with experience in people and labor management to maintain service quality.

We are a security company. We have our drivers driving our security guards to their respective workplaces twice a day on daily basis. As a officer/manager, you will need to overlook after them and in case any of them go on holiday you will need to take over their place and make sure our operation runs without interruptions.

If there is any emergency cases you will need to handle them. Similarly, if our clients have any complaints, we expect you to be the first one to reach and sort it out with the company's help of course. Prioritising people with experience at man-management and labor work.
