Job summary

Envipure Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Operation & Maintenance Engineer (Water Services) to supervise the City Water System, DIW and IWWT processes, and to ensure reliable water services for manufacturing operations.

You will monitor SPC data, develop preventive maintenance plans, lead troubleshooting, and coordinate shift operations for the water services team, while ensuring compliance with DOE regulations and final discharge requirements.

Qualifications

• Supervise operations of City Water System, DIW, IWW & Sewage Treatment.
• Monitor SPC and analyze data related to water processes.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and CIP on Operations and Maintenance of Water Services System.
• Troubleshoot issues, complaints and upset conditions related to Water Services System.
• Develop and execute Preventative Maintenance & assist Supervisor on 5S Programs for Water Services System.
• Conduct IWWTP Performance Monitoring Program as required by DOE regulation.
• Prepare Water Services performance data/reports for System Owner review.
• Man power arrangements for operation shift.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (WATER SERVICES)

The O&M Engineer's primary responsibilities are supervising the operations of City Water System, Deionized Water (DIW) systems, Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IWW) & Sewage Treatment Plant; in charge of Water Services System Preventive and Corrective Maintenance; monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control) & analyse data in relation to City Water, IWWTP & DIW processes.

Key responsibilities

Provide supervision and recommend Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) on Operations and Maintenance of Water Services System to enhance their reliability and to prevent interruption to manufacturing operations

Responsible on any issues, complaints and upset conditions troubleshoot related to Water Services System

Develop and execute Preventative Maintenance & assist Supervisor on 5S Programs for Water Services System

Conduct and lead on IWWTP Performance Monitoring Program as required by DOE regulation and play the importance roles as a CePIETSO (PCP)

Manage and supervise IWWTP & DIW systems related equipment & parts to meet legal requirements (e.g. final discharge of wastewater)

Preparation of Water Services performance data/ report for System Owner reviewing
