The candidate will own operational flow, anticipate risks, and ensure continuity during high workload and client-driven timelines, coordinating with Sales, QAQC, HSE, and Finance for alignment.

The Operations Executive serves as a key operational support and execution lead, acting as the direct right-hand to the Operations Manager in managing operation and project coordination activities.

The position plays a critical role in driving On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance, while supporting decision-making, execution planning, and real-time problem resolution.

The Operations Executive is expected to take ownership of operational flow, anticipate risks, and ensure continuity of operations, especially during high workload, critical jobs, and client-driven timelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Execution & Control

• Support Operations Manager in daily planning, execution, and monitoring of all operational activities
• Ensure all operations are executed as per plan, timeline, and priority

2. Documentation & System Control

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all operational and documentation
• Maintain proper records for reporting, audit, and compliance

3. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Identify Operational Gaps, Delays, Or Inefficiencies and Implement Corrective Actions
• Support Root Cause Analysis for Operational Issues and Drive Improvement Initiatives
• Propose Process Improvements to Enhance Productivity, Reduce Cost, And Improve Delivery Performance

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate With Internal Departments (Sales, QAQC, HSE, Finance) For Operational Alignment
• Act As Key Liaison Between Operations Team and Management
• Provide Timely Updates and Reports on Operational Status, Risks, And Performance

5. Reporting & Management Support

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Operational Reports
• Support Operations Manager in Data Analysis, Planning, And Decision-Making
• Assist In Strategic Planning and Execution of Major Operational Activities

6. General Responsibilities

• Carry Out Any Additional Duties Assigned by Management
• Act As Backup and Operational Lead in The Absence of Operations Manager When Required.
