KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a nursing assistant to provide basic patient care and to assist in the operation theatre and central sterile areas. You will help with patient transport, sterile preparation, and ensure infection control practices are followed.

The role requires fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with priority given to certified healthcare assistants and those with hospital experience. Weekend and shift coverage may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Education per local Malaysian standards: SPM/Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia and clinical support training.
• Certified healthcare assistants would be a priority.
• Experience in hospital settings is an advantage.
• Able to converse fluently and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic nursing care and assist in operating theatre tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the operating theatre and scrub room.
• Assist in equipment handling, stock management and transporting patients.
• Record daily charges and assist in patient care documentation.
• Attend meetings and comply with safety, 5S, ISO, MSQH, JCI, PSG and NNA guidelines.
