Job summary

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia is required.
• Certified healthcare assistants would be a priority.
• Experience in a hospital setting is advantageous.
• Able to converse fluently and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care aligned with hospital goals and nursing services.
• Notify nursing leaders of situations impacting quality of care.
• Obtain unit reports and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Daily OT routine: clean, sanitize, inspect supplies, assist anesthesia team, transport patients, maintain sterility.
• Assist trained staff with patient comfort, safety, hygiene, transfers, and procedures.
• Receive and inspect sterile sets, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness of workspaces.
• Attend service meetings and participate in quality and safety activities.
