Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technical Engineer to join the OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform projects in Malaysia. You will assist in technical discovery, document actions, and support deployment planning.

Responsibilities include installing and validating OpenShift clusters, setting up Ansible Execution Environments, running validation records, and guiding post-implementation handover. Candidates typically have 1–3 years in IT with relevant OpenShift/Kubernetes experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in IT/CS/engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years IT/consulting experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or automation delivery preferred.
• Solid understanding of OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, storage, and monitoring basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist technical discovery and workshops; document actions.
• Support implementation, validation, and deployment planning for OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Install, configure, and validate OpenShift clusters and Ansible components; maintain runbooks and handover docs.
