Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Associate Technical Engineer to support Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform. You will work with Technical Consultants on discovery, configuration, and validation in OpenShift environments.

Fresh graduates or developers with up to 1 year of IT experience are encouraged to apply. You will gain exposure to automation, container platforms, and cloud services while growing under supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of IT support, infra experience are encouraged.
• Familiarity with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible and automation is advantageous.
• Basic scripting in Bash or Python is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer discovery, information gathering, and implementation checklists.
• Install, configure, and validate OpenShift environments.
• Assist with AAP setup and configuration activities.
• Provide first-line technical support for OpenShift and AAP.
• Develop simple Ansible playbooks and templates.
• Document procedures and knowledge-base materials.
