Qualifications

• Experience shipping products at a fast-growing fintech or digital bank.
• Deep familiarity with Open Finance or Open Banking, including data sharing and APIs.
• Strong data-driven decision-making with clear success metrics.
• Ability to drive complex, cross-functional delivery across engineering, data, risk, legal, and external partners.
• Resilience to navigate ambiguity and course-correct quickly.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Open Finance roadmap with short-term milestones and long-term vision.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Paynet integration, from requirements to go-live.
• Champion adoption of Open Finance capabilities across product teams and ensure successful rollout of downstream use cases.
• Own success metrics including API reliability, data consistency, and latency.
• Build monitoring and alerting frameworks with engineering and data teams.
