Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Software Developer to build, maintain, and enhance in-house business applications within a dynamic manufacturing environment in Malaysia. You will support integrations with ERP systems and data exchange across platforms, translating user needs into practical IT solutions.

The role requires strong programming skills in C#, .NET/ASP.NET, Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript, and experience with relational databases like SQL Server or MySQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Legal right to work in Malaysia; visa sponsorship not available.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET/ASP.NET, Java, Python, PHP or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
• Exposure to ERP systems or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house business applications.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement software.
• Maintain and support existing applications, databases, and programmes.
• Gather user requirements and translate into IT solutions.
• Collaborate with users to identify system improvements and automation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide user support.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal apps and ERP.
• Work with APIs and data exchange between applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and system specifications.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and security requirements.
