Job summary

Airswift is seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to oversee on-site safety programs in Johor. You will enforce safety measures across all project phases, conduct regular inspections, and deliver safety briefings to project teams and subcontractors.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in OHS or related field, a Yellow Book, first aid/CPR, and 2–5 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication and decisiveness, with the ability to foster a safety-first

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Yellow Book holder.
• First aid and CPR certification and OSH related certification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in safety supervisor or similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence safety behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all safety activities on-site and enforce regulations.
• Enforce safety measures across all project phases.
• Ensure work areas are free from hazards and safe to work.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and implement risk controls.
• Provide safety briefing and training to project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage emergency plans and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Submit permits to work and ensure uninterrupted on-site progress.
• Lead emergency drills and investigate incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and document safety-related actions.
