Minimum SPM or equivalent; 1–2 years retail/customer service preferred, though fresh graduates can apply. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for a fast-paced environment including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' retail/customer service experience preferred, though fresh graduates can apply.
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Assist customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support administrative tasks and documentation related to customer service activities.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.
• Contribute to delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.
