Job summary

Nutritionpro Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic TikTok LIVE Host to engage viewers, demonstrate products and drive sales during live sessions. You will present with high energy, respond to audience questions, and showcase promotions while following campaign directions.

The ideal candidate is expressive on camera, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and able to learn product benefits quickly. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera during LIVE sessions.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to engage an online audience naturally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Speak Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently. Other languages a plus.
• Able to explain products simply, persuasively and confidently.
• Sales-driven with the ability to encourage purchases.
• Respond quickly to questions during LIVE sessions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Punctual and reliable with LIVE schedule adherence.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; prior livestream or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host regular TikTok LIVE selling sessions for the company.
• Present, demonstrate and explain products clearly and confidently.
• Engage with viewers by answering questions and responding to comments.
• Introduce promotions, discounts, bundles and special LIVE offers.
• Encourage viewers to take action and purchase during livestream.
• Maintain high energy and audience engagement throughout each session.
• Learn product features, benefits, pricing and promotions.
• Follow provided scripts and campaign direction with a natural style.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams on campaigns.
• Participate in TikTok videos and other short-form content when required.
• Monitor LIVE performance and improve presentation and sales conversion.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and livestreaming techniques.
