Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking graduates to join the Group Consumer Financial Services division, serving customers across Malaysia. You will deliver one-stop banking solutions, provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell products, and build long-term relationships with clients while upholding compliance.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the program offers hands-on assignments, exposure to real-world consumer banking and wealth management challenges, and opportunities for accelerated career growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university.
• Interest in financial planning, investment and in sales.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or service.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Valid driving license & own transport.
• License and relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE) is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop banking solutions to our customers.
• Provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
• Proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
• Provide good after-sales and conduct sales visits to potential customers within the vicinity.
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters.
