  • Attend meetings with clients to explain Logicalis processes and tooling.

Job description

About the role:
We are looking for an onboarding engineer who is an experienced, technically skilled professional capable of providing technical expertise across Logicalis's tooling, onboarding new clients, governing their ticket queues and hygiene, and participating in small onboarding projects for new customers.


The engineer will improve the efficiency of the customer onboarding process, adapt to new tools and processes, identify opportunities for automation, and effectively communicate with internal customers and clients, representing Logicalis professionally.

You are enthusiastic about areas like Monitoring, ITSM, Security, and Automation.

You thrive working closely with engineers across the business and managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong stakeholder relationships.


Accountabilities:

You will manage, maintain, and update Logicalis tools, primarily LogicMonitor, BeyondTrust, and ServiceNow, coordinating with vendors for support. Your responsibilities include onboarding new clients and users, supporting Logicalis employees, enhancing tooling and processes, and identifying automation opportunities to increase productivity.

Support: Managing incidents, requests, and changes in ServiceNow, maintaining ticket hygiene, and documenting solutions in the knowledge management system.

Onboarding: Building and setting up tooling for new clients, improving onboarding processes, and participating in automation initiatives. Attending meetings with clients to explain Logicalis processes and tooling.

Your experience:

Required:

  • At least three years of experience in Azure, networking, or digital workspace technologies.
  • At least three years of experience with ServiceNow and LogicMonitor.
  • Ability to self-motivate and prioritize tasks.
  • Confidence in speaking and presenting to customers and clients.
  • A passion for developing and sharing knowledge.
  • An understanding of broader business goals and objectives.
