Job summary

Verinon Technology Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Technical Writer to document the myASNB mobile application. This full-time, on-site role requires clear, user-friendly guides and UI text for developers and end users.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather requirements, produce high-quality documentation, create tutorials, and maintain information architecture. A bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of software documentation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–6 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent written skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to understand product and doc requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation meeting standards for its audience.
• Write user guides, online help, and developer references.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use applications.
• Analyze content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain information architecture.
