Job summary

ES CONNECT SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Site Safety Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Elmina, Sungai Buloh, Selangor. You will enforce safety practices across fit-out and renovation projects and ensure compliance with DOSH, CIDB, and company policies.

You will conduct inspections, organize toolbox talks, document findings, and coordinate with the project team to implement risk controls, maintaining a safe work environment for all workers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• DOSH Yellow Book / SHO certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Knowledge of Malaysian safety laws and site practices.
• Own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site safety practices for fit-out and renovation projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Stop unsafe work activities and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards (e.g. DOSH, CIDB).
• Organize toolbox meetings and safety briefings; coordinate with project team on safety planning.
