Job summary

YOTU BUILDER SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Building QAQC Supervisor for a full-time role at our landed housing project in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. The role focuses on maintaining quality assurance and control throughout construction to meet standards and codes.

You will inspect, document, and coordinate defect rectifications with subcontractors, while ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards (JKR, CIDB, QLASSIC).
• Ability to read drawings and use inspection tools/software.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Identify, track, and coordinate with subcontractors for rectification of defects.
