Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking support for its Contract / QS team in Malaysia. You will assist with project documentation, prepare quotations and tenders, and help monitor variation orders and project claims.

You will also help check costs with suppliers/sub-contractors, prepare progress claims and invoices, and coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors. This role involves on-site work at Puchong, Selangor, contributing to documentation and project

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contract / QS team with project documentation and administrative work.
• Assist in preparing quotations, tenders and related documents.
• Assist in monitoring and recording Variation Orders (VO) and project claims.
• Assist in checking project costs, supplier/sub-contractor costs and expenses against budgets.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, certifications and invoices.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating with suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors.
• Assist with project site activities and ensure documentation is maintained according to SOP.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
