Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years QA/QC in construction preferred; fresh graduates considered.
• Strong reading of drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Familiar with ITP, Method Statements, MIR, WIR and NCR processes.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works meet drawings and specs.
• Inspect materials, equipment and workmanship to QA standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation (ITP, Method Statements, checklists, reports).
• Review material submissions and approvals; coordinate inspections with stakeholders.
• Monitor NCRs and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Identify quality issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Maintain inspection results, test reports and related documents.
• Assist in quality audits and project handover documentation.
• Liaise with Project Manager, site team, consultants and suppliers on quality matters.
