Job summary

Syfon Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in the implementation of Syfonic Roof Water Drainage Systems, the ideal candidate will coordinate, execute, and manage on-site project activities to ensure successful and timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on site work, collaboration with clients and design engineers, and strong planning, coordination, and quality assurance to meet monthly progress claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role within construction/engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, design engineers, and contractors; lead site meetings.
• Oversee on-site activities, labor, and materials to meet monthly progress claims.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and approved drawings.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and MOS/material lists.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and motivate teams.
