Job summary

Richter Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a PLC Programmer for full-time, on-site work in Kuala Ketil.

You will design, develop and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation, configure and test control systems, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement automation solutions. Responsibilities include commissioning, on-site support, documenting programs and changes, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and machinery.

Qualifications

Proficient in PLC programming (ladder logic, function block).
Experience with HMI/SCADA development and industrial communication protocols.
Strong understanding of electrical/control drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
Hands-on testing, commissioning, and maintenance of control panels in industrial settings.
Able to diagnose and resolve system issues under time constraints.
Good communication and collaboration with engineering, production and maintenance teams.
Relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Mechatronics.
Familiar with safety standards and site procedures.

Responsibilities
