Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, from installation and commissioning to testing, troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance at customer sites. The role requires independent work, strong customer orientation, and the ability to collaborate with regional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics and 2+ years in related fields, with preference for

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
At least 2 years' experience in electrical, mechanical, field service, or similar role.
Ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
Customer-focused with strong service orientation and patience.
Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery.
N3 Laser Licence/Certification is an advantage.
Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or packaging substrate industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support, including equipment installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Respond to and resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimise downtime.
Support equipment acceptance and commissioning activities at customer sites.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with regional and overseas technical teams to deliver high-quality technical support and services.
Prepare and submit accurate service reports, maintenance records, and related documentation.
Provide operational guidance and basic technical training to customers when required.
Work in cleanroom, manufacturing, and industrial environments while adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures.
