Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE, or equivalent.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of test methodology and applying it to the test scope.
• Strong troubleshooting with customer impact awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform End to End Test on NPI program at device and system level.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose improved operations.
• Formulate test strategy with business and development teams.
• Translate requirements into manual/automated test cases.
• Collaborate with engineering to reproduce and validate issues.
• Raise issues found during testing and track until resolution.
• Incorporate Gen AI into Test environment/framework.
