Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Test Methodology and applying the right test approach for the scope.
• Knowledge of Video Monitoring System, Client-Server Setup, Mobile Application Setup, Photography image quality is a plus.
• Basic programming language such as Python.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with customer impact awareness.
• Ability to manage customer situations and set expectations.
• Good PC skills.
• Local candidates preferred as on-site position.
• Certified Tester Foundation Level is a bonus.
• Agile methodology and Gen AI in software automation and quality optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform End to End Test on NPI program at device and system level.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of problems and recommend improved operations.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to formulate test strategy.
• Translate requirements into manual/automated test cases.
• Work with engineering to reproduce and validate issues.
• Raise issues found during testing and track to resolution with Dev and Integration teams.
• Incorporate Gen AI into the Test environment/framework.
