Private Advertiser seeks an on-site Construction Supervisor to oversee all activities, ensuring work aligns with plans and timelines. The role involves coordinating crews, leading safety talks, and reporting progress to project managers and clients.

Responsibilities include QA/QC, maintaining site documentation, and liaising with subcontractors to guarantee timely deliveries and optimal productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising on-site construction activities and coordinating crews.
• Ability to plan and allocate daily work schedules for optimal productivity.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and toolbox talks.
• Checklist-driven QA/QC to ensure work meets standards and specs.
• Experience tracking materials, equipment, and site inventory to minimise waste.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to meet specs, drawings, and timelines.
• Manage daily work schedules, allocate site workforce, and assign tasks for productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and prompt corrective actions.
• Ensure health and safety compliance; lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor material usage and equipment performance; control site inventory and costs.
• Provide progress reports and communicate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Perform QA/QC to ensure work meets required standards and specifications.
• Maintain site documentation: timesheets, attendance, incident reports and progress logs.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
