G.C. Timur Sdn Bhd is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations for residential, commercial, or industrial projects in Kedah.

You will manage teams, enforce safety standards, coordinate with subcontractors and project managers to keep work on track. You’ll read technical drawings, prepare daily progress reports, update timelines, and resolve issues quickly to safeguard quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills — able to motivate and guide teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
