Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of complex projects.

You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and timelines while managing a team of professionals. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 8–10 years of construction experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Professional degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of construction industry experience.
• CCM from CIDB is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methods, and authority liaison.
• Able to coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Proficient in English with good contracts and technical correspondence.
• Ensure technical requirements are met and projects stay within budget.
• Computer literate with MS Project.
• Ability to work independently and lead a project team.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for full spectrum of project and site matters including budget, manpower, quality and productivity management, sub-contractor claims checks, site safety, progress vs schedule, and updates of related initiatives.
• Attend project site meetings with client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, etc., ensuring smooth progress.
• Plan, coordinate and manage site activities to meet standards, quality, safety, cost, contractual obligations and deadlines.
