Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Engineer to represent the company at the AWS project site and manage daily activities to ensure safe, quality, and timely execution.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment, monitor progress, and support testing, turnover, and project close-out, while maintaining strong communication with the project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of construction site experience.
• Experience in industrial, utility, piping, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong site coordination and supervision skills.
• Able to work independently under demanding project schedules.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the assigned project site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and material deployment.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and schedule compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Prepare site checklists/reports and attend coordination meetings.
• Support project close-out and ad-hoc assignments.
