Job summary

MIRACLE LAND HOLDINGS BERHAD seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities, coordinate workers, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and schedules. You will inspect materials and manage logistics while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Tech Certificate in civil or construction management with at least 3 years in building or infra projects, fluent in Malay and English, and proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building or infrastructure construction projects.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiar with safety and quality control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
• Manage and assign tasks to workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and material storage.
• Prepare daily site reports, manpower tracking, and progress records.
• Report any delays, issues, or non-conformances to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
