Sunsuria Berhad is seeking an Inspector of Works to ensure civil and structural works align with master plans, specifications, and quality standards. You will review drawings, conduct on-site inspections, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve non-conformances.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, BEM registration as IOW, CIDB Green Card, and 4–5 years’ relevant experience. You will be based full-time on-site at project locations in Malaysia.

Competenze

• Diploma or certificate in civil engineering is required.
• Registered Inspector of Work (IOW) with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• CIDB Green Card is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess good communication skills.
• Willing to be based full-time at project site.

Mansioni

• Report daily site progress and issues to the Manager/Senior Manager, Project, and monitor C&S works.
• Oversee and monitor Civil & Structural works to align with master and detailed programs.
• Supervise site activities to ensure works meet specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants for inspections and coordination.
• Review and verify C&S drawings for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work conforms to specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with contractor to submit RFWI before inspection on site.
• Issue Site Memo and NCR to contractor for non-conformances and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare and verify PQP forms, checklists, and maintain daily site records.
• Participate in Pre-Delivery Inspection with contractor prior to handover.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and QESH standards.
• Verify progress claims and validate completed work.
• Experience with Qlassic & Shassic is an advantage.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
