Job summary

CRFG MALAYSIA BERHAD seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to lead bridge construction projects in Sabah. The role requires a degree in civil/structural engineering and 3–5 years’ relevant experience, with strong knowledge of structural drawings, design specs, and site methods.

You will monitor foundations, piling, piers, abutments, beams, and deck slabs, coordinating with contractors and consultants on-site. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, with familiarity in

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of relevant working experience in structural or bridge construction.
Experience in highway, bridge, viaduct and infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of structural drawings, design specifications, construction methods and engineering standards.
Able to monitor and supervise bridge construction, including foundation, piling, pile caps, piers, abutments, beams and deck slabs.
Familiar with quality control, site inspections, technical reports and construction progress monitoring.
Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, subcontractors and other project departments.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of structural design software will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
