Job summary

DPC Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Biomedical Equipment) in Subang Jaya to install, test and commission new analyzers at customer sites.

Responsibilities include planning and performing Planned Preventive Maintenance, attending to breakdown calls, and delivering timely service while providing after-sales support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve creatively.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willing to work overtime when required.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Experience in hospital or laboratory maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Installations, testing and commissioning of new analysers at customer sites.
• Plan and perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and service contracts.
• Attend to breakdown calls and provide solutions to technical issues.
• Deliver timely and reliable service support and after-sales service.
• Respond to customer needs and build rapport with customers and end-users.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with equipment performance.

Education

Biomedical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree
