Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of general building maintenance, construction, or hotel engineering experience.
• Relevant professional certification or license where required by law.
• Hotel or hospitality engineering experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing.
• Fluent English required; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis.
• Train and guide junior engineering colleagues on electrical, mechanical and safety procedures.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
