St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Non-Management Maintenance/Engineering staff to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance across hotel facilities.

The role requires basic building systems knowledge and ability to operate shut-offs, with emphasis on safety and inventory control. Candidates with high school diploma or GED and some maintenance experience are preferred; hotel engineering experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines and maintain inventories.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and building utilities.
• Follow safety policies and properly store flammable materials.
