Job summary

Qualifications

• CRM experience and loyalty program management knowledge.
• Experience with data-driven marketing and customer insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve regional loyalty programmes (IKEA Family, Småles, Kids, subscription) using data and feedback to drive traffic and engagement.
• Drive member acquisition and engagement via in-store, online, roadshows and events to grow the member base.
• Collaborate to enhance Loyalty and Marketing systems and automation for targeting and retargeting.
• Partner with analytics/BI for dashboards, testing, monitoring results and model feedback.
• Execute campaigns to drive Loyalty KPIs across lifecycles (onboarding, first purchase, stretch spend, repeats).
• Monitor and secure CRM system functionality and integrations with internal/external platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act and Ikano policies.
