Job summary

Enlightened Summit Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a Plant Operator to operate and monitor oil distillation and recycling plants according to procedures. You will monitor temperature, pressure, flow and tank levels, and operate pumps, valves, heaters and filtration systems.

The role involves inspecting equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, assisting in maintenance, handling oil transfer, maintaining housekeeping, and following safety and environmental procedures while ensuring

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Process Engineering or related field preferred.
Hands-on industrial experience is an advantage.
Basic mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills.
Safety conscious, disciplined and responsible.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor oil distillation and recycling plant according to operating procedures.
Monitor temperature, pressure, vacuum, flow, tank levels and other operating parameters.
Operate pumps, valves, heaters, filtration systems and related equipment.
Inspect equipment and record operating parameters.
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in maintenance.
Carry out oil transfer, loading/unloading and related plant activities.
Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness.
Follow all safety, health and environmental procedures.
Report abnormalities and ensure proper shift handover.
