Job summary

PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Plant Technician to support daily operations in our production and refinery plant in Malaysia. You will operate and monitor equipment, perform inspections, and help with start-up, shutdown, and changeovers, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Diploma holders in mechanical/electrical/process/chemical/manufacturing engineering are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates welcome; experience in edible oil or related industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities required.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and refinery equipment per SOPs.
• Perform routine plant inspections and report abnormalities.
• Assist in start-up, shutdown and changeover activities.
• Maintain housekeeping and support preventive maintenance with the team.
