Airswift, a leading energy sector workforce solutions provider, seeks a Buyer 2 in Malaysia to support oil and gas procurement. You will prepare RFQs, evaluate vendors, and help manage PO terms and contract support to meet project schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes technically focused procurement for equipment, materials, services, warranties, and vendor performance reviews, requiring a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in EPCC procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in procuring equipment, materials, and services for oil and gas projects.
• 2+ years in EPCC procurement environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare RFQs aligned with contracting strategy, policies and procedures.
• Evaluate vendor responses and assist in issuing PO terms and conditions with stakeholders.
• Negotiate deviations to PO terms while protecting commercial interests.
