Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Buyer (Services) to execute and coordinate end-to-end procurement, subcontracting and vendor management for Oil & Gas/EPCIC scopes in Malaysia.

You will lead sourcing from RFQ to award, manage contracts and post-award activities, ensure compliance with QHSE and governance, and work with stakeholders to clarify specifications and commercial terms. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in procurement, knowledge of SAP MM, Incoterms, and CIPS/ISM

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Experience in Oil & Gas/EPCIC projects preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, Incoterms and contract/PO processes.
• CIPS/ISM certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing activities from RFQ to award.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify specs and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFQs/ITTs, bid clarifications, and evaluations.
• Gather market and vendor intelligence to support sourcing decisions.
• Manage post-award activities including PO/contract administration.
• Monitor vendor/subcontractor performance and corrective actions.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance, quality, and QHSE.
• Review procurement documents for quality and compliance.
