Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services seeks an experienced Offshore Manager to oversee and drive offshore operations and commercial activities across Malaysia and the wider regional markets. You will lead a team to identify new business opportunities, develop key client relationships, and manage tenders and proposals while ensuring safe, cost-effective project delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years in offshore/maritime operations, leadership experience, and a degree in Maritime Studies or Offshore

Qualifications

• At least 7-10 years of offshore/maritime operations experience.
• Proven track record in leading offshore teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strategic planning and programme delivery are essential.
• Integrity and accountability are required.
